If walls could talk, they would probably recommend that House of Current do your branding. At least that’s what they told Simpson Property Group after its revitalization of LA’s iconic Brockman Building. The stories buried in the bricks of Brockman Lofts are likely the stuff of movies. They just needed a modern spin.
As “A Living Landmark,” it was important that we highlight Brockman’s rich history without dwelling too much in the past (there’s an inspirational quote in there somewhere). The goal was to attract actors, artists, athletes, the like, in search of a second home inside the city. We mixed old Hollywood glamour with a new Los Angeles vibe (think: “Elizabeth Taylor Swift”), and by the time we were done, the fresh-faced Brockman Lofts was ready for its closeup.
