How do you brand something that doesn’t technically yet exist? This was the challenge we found ourselves in with Peterson Companies’ newest project, Avonlea – the future premiere shopping, dining, and entertainment destination for the wealthiest county in the nation. We repeat, the wealthiest county in the nation. Kind of a big deal, right? Plus the campaign had to work for both B2B and B2C. Time to put on our thinking fascinators [the area is known for horse races].
The idea: When you’re at Avonlea, you’ve arrived. Both literally and figuratively. For newer brands, being a part of the Avonlea family is a rite of passage. You’ve made it. For more established brands, you’ve arrived at the doorstep of your next success story. Either way, you’re running with the big dogs. Or horses.
