Simpson Property Group developed this new luxury residential high-rise in downtown Bellevue, WA—a suburb of Seattle. Our job was to make sure the campaign had the same hip, urban vibe as the property itself. We made sure the entire campaign—from print ads and leasing folders to the stationery and even promo items—conveyed a singular brand personality.
