Window to the Future

We love it when we get to combine expertise in one area with passion in another. In this case, our retail know-how and affinity for interior design blended beautifully to create a striking window display at Glendale Galleria in Los Angeles.

The center, is prepping for a major renovation and remodeling, and it just so happens that a large store window near a mall entrance became available. Our clients turned to us to take full advantage of this unique opportunity to educate and excite their customer base about the upcoming changes.

First step was to create a new Pinterest board so those on the West Coast could visually collaborate with us in Atlanta. People pinned different displays, interesting textures, clever uses of materials and other inspiring elements.

From that starting point, we created a design that utilized every inch of the available space and incorporated a variety of unique elements. The result was a 3 dimensional preview of the upcoming renovation featuring architecture renderings and construction materials (such as flooring tiles) combined with custom graphics and brief “teaser” copy to generate interest and excitement.

In addition to getting the word out about the renovation, the display also visually enhanced a previously drab entryway. We happen to think it also shows the value of creative thinking and partnership.

Live models helped to launch the window display.
