Let’s get down to business.

We love B2B work because it really shows the power and importance of branding. Yes, it often involves presenting a lot of facts, background, data and statistics to a target audience of number crunchers. But that just makes the look, tone and brand personality all the more important.

While we’ve done our share of annual reports and investor proposals, most of our B2B projects are aimed at attracting retailers to sign deals with our shopping center clients. Whether it’s a custom brochure or a full multi-media campaign that runs the gamut from branded flash drives to trade show booth graphics, our goal is always to present a strong and consistent brand that appeals to our audience. Below are examples of recent corporate marketing projects for Rouse Properties, Von Maur, Owings Mills Town Center and Glendale Galleria. We’ll have others to share with you soon.

And with the May ICSC rapidly approaching, there’s never been a better time to talk to us about your corporate marketing needs.

1. Leasing brochure for Owings Mills. 2. Branded USB Card & Envelope for Glendale Galleria. 3. Corporate Brochure for Von Maur. 4. Multi-use folder for Rouse Properties. 5. Booth graphics for Rouse Properties.

HOC Supports Leasing Efforts at ICSC Convention (#RECon)

With apologies to Fashion Week and Santa’s Arrival, the biggest event on the retail calendar may be happening right now – namely the annual ICSC Retail Real Estate Convention in Las Vegas.

For our shopping center clients, the main emphasis is on signing lease deals to bring new and exciting retailers into their centers. For us, it means we can finally share some of the B2B materials we’ve created.

Glendale Galleria is promoting their expansion and renovation which includes the addition of Bloomingdale’s, and will make the center the most fashion-forward shopping destination in the Inland Empire. We created an entire leasing package to grab the attention of the premium and luxury retailers that fit into Glendale Galleria’s grand plans. We needed to create something that could convey the relevant facts and figures while also appealing to retailers’ sense of style and glamour. The package includes a highly customized leasing book featuring stunning fashion photography, architectural renderings and a host of special finishing techniques including clear foil stamping, fold out pages and cool magnetic closure. We designed an accompanying USB drive (that resembles a business card—talk about cool!) for the leasing team to use when asked to provide additional information pertaining to the center.

While Glendale is touting their makeover, Rouse Properties is launching a entirely new brand. We pitched in with fact sheets for all 31 of their centers, plus custom booth graphics and a multipurpose corporate folder. The gold band on the cover is debossed/embossed with the company logo and foil stamped to contrast with the satin finish of the folder. While each piece serves a different function, we made sure they all work together as a clean, cohesive package.

We can’t wait to hear about all the new deals our clients made at RECon – because business that happens in Vegas should never stay in Vegas.
